We do our best to get orders out as fast as we can, but please understand that the parts we make are all built by hand, tested and inspected before they are packaged and shipped. We do this to ensure you - the customer, receives a quality product and to eliminate any issues with receiving a part that doesn’t function as it should.

We offer many different shipping services to meet your needs - USPS, UPS, and DHL. If you need another service please email us.

You will receive notification when we purchase/ print the shipping label, but please understand it may not ship that same day.

We do not ship everyday and are busy with several projects everyday. If you have any questions, please email us and we will get back to you.

If you did make a mistake or needed to change your order, please email us as soon as you can - if the order is processed and parts made/ built and shipped then it will be up to the customer to send the parts back to exchange/ receive a refund. It is usually best to cancel an order and submit a new order so that we can guarantee you receive the correct parts. Please read the information regarding fitment before ordering to eliminate any errors.
